Dinosaur Day was on March 29, 2025 and was SO much fun! We had close to 400 people in attendance. Thank you to our community partners who made the day so education, engaging and fun for everyone involved (especially the kids!):
Friends of the Tye Preston Memorial Library
Comal County Conservation Alliance
Canyon Lake EMS
Comal County Friends of the Night Sky
Keep Canyon Lake Beautiful
Native Plant Society of Texas - Lindheimer Chapter
Texas Master Naturalists Lindheimer Chapter
WORD - Water Oriented Recreation District of Comal County
A huge thanks to Thomas Adams, Chief Curator (Paleontology and Geology) at the Witte Museum, for giving great hourly talks about dinosaur tracks.

All in all, we are glad so many kids had a fun time learning about dinosaurs, nature, and the heritage of our beautiful area of the Texas Hill Country! We hope to see you next year for Dinosaur Day 2026!
